Resident Resources
The City of Seattle publishes the Renters’ Handbook through the Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections (SDCI). It is the most comprehensive plain-language guide to your rights and responsibilities as a renter in Seattle — covering leases, deposits, rent increases, repairs, privacy, and eviction protections under both Washington State and City of Seattle law.
Every resident of Ori Stone Way Apartments is entitled to a copy of the current handbook. You can read or download the most recent edition directly from the City of Seattle at here.
The handbook is available in multiple languages, including Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Somali, Amharic, Korean, Tigrinya, Tagalog, Russian, and more. To read the handbook in a translated language, visit here and select your preferred language from the list of available translations.
If you have trouble accessing the handbook, would like a printed copy, or have questions about how a specific section applies to your tenancy, contact our leasing office at +1 253-352-3866 or stoneway@oriapts.com.
