Fair Housing

Equal Housing Opportunity

Ori Stone Way Apartmentsis committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. We rent our homes in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act, the Washington Law Against Discrimination (RCW 49.60), and Seattle's Open Housing Ordinance (SMC 14.08).

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability, as protected by federal law. Washington State additionally protects creed, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, honorably discharged veteran or military status, state-assisted housing status, and HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C status.

The City of Seattle extends further protections that also apply at our community, including ancestry, age, political ideology, parental status, participation in Section 8 or other subsidy programs, alternate sources of income, use of a service or assistance animal, and citizenship or immigration status. All lawful sources of income — including housing vouchers, Social Security, child support, and other benefits — are accepted and counted toward income-to-rent requirements.

If you or a household member has a disability, you may request a reasonable accommodation (a change in our rules or services) or a reasonable modification (a physical change to your unit or common areas). Requests are free, confidential, and do not require you to disclose a specific diagnosis. Translation and interpretation of leasing documents are available on request at no cost.

To make a request, ask a question, or report a concern, contact our leasing office at +1 253-352-3866 or stoneway@oriapts.com. You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development at HUD, the Washington State Human Rights Commission, or the Seattle Office for Civil Rights.
